4 Month Checkup Update

On Friday we had another Dr. Appt. for Liam. This was his four month check up. Wow - where did the last four months go??? Rich and I are amazed how much Liam has grown and changed in just four months. The peditrician confirmed he is growing and developing well...no concerns. He now weighs in at a whopping 15lbs 11ozs and is over 24 inches long. No wonder my arm hurts from holding him!! We also got the ok to start feeding him rice cereal so we did that starting yesterday and he has taken to it quite well - he seems to be getting the hang of eating off the spoon. If he does well for a week or so we will move on to introducing him to some fruit which I am sure will be accompanied by some funny sourpuss faces. He really just continues to amaze us - laughing, cooing and babbling more and more all the time and just loves to interact with just about anything - a toy, a human, his image in a mirror. He also started this week to try and hold his own bottle - sometimes he really gets a hold of it and does well. What an amazing four months it has been with I am sure a lot more amazing moments ahead.

Merry Christmas

Merry Christmas. Liam is enjoying the holiday season
and is getting ready to go to Ohio to see Grandma and Grandpa McDonald
for a couple days. He is doing very well and has been so much fun the
last few weeks. He is laughing and giggling and making us very happy
parents. We really can't ask for anything more.
