Liam is 6 Months Old!!

Liam had his six month doctor appointment yesterday and we are happy to report that he continues to be such a happy and healthy little guy. Well he is actually not so little - he weighed in at 19lbs 10ozs and is now 27.5 inches tall. Amazing how much he has grown. He is eating all kinds of fruit and vegetables, loves to roll over and over and over (this actually has become his mode of transportation when he can't get someone to pick him up or hand him the toy he wants)and just this week has starting being able to sit up on his own. He seems to want to crawl but hasn't quite figured out how to get the legs up under him but I am sure it won't be long now that the sitting up is progressing. He continues to love going to day care and playing with all the other kids - I think he is actually bored on the days he is home. So all in all we continue to be blessed with an amazing son!!

Six Month Pictures

Liam had his six-month pictures today. He did extemely well and was able to stand up for a few pictures and also sit up on his own.

Look at my Teeth

 

Our little man has his first teeth. He has been a champ about it and hasn't really fussed much. He seems to prefer fingers as soothing tools versus any fancy store bought teeth/gum thingy.

Liam went to an Abe Lincoln 200th Birthday Party last week and had this neat shirt given to him by his 'Auntie Sheila'.

Liam is Getting Big!

 
Liam is sitting up very well and has really been a great baby. He started day care 4 days per week a couple weeks back and so far seems to really enjoy it. He's had a couple colds and is also stuffy because he has bottom teeth coming in now. But despite it, he still maintains a generally pleasant disposition. We consider ourselves very lucky for sure!
