October Snow

Liam had a great time visiting Nana and Grampy Conley during the first snow.   It wasn't even November and there was a storm with enough snow for a full size snowman.   Liam really enjoyed being outside and playing in the snow.

Halloween Party at Hilltop

Liam has been excited about Halloween for a month now.  He practices 'trick-or-treat', get candy, and say 'thank you' or 'happy halloween'.   Additionally, he hasn't wavered at all about his costume -- he has wanted to be a ghost and he is thrilled with his costume.  He wanted to surprise everyone at school this morning as his class is having a party today.   Here he is (try not to be scared)....

Quinn's First Haircut

Perhaps it was because we expected it to be such a disaster or maybe just because his curls look cute, but nevertheless we have been avoiding getting Quinn's hair cut.   Here he is just before his first cut.

Much to our surprise, Quinn was amazingly cooperative.  He didn't fuss even once!   He sat on dad's lap and allowed the stylist to cut all the curls and here he is after the cut (lolipop in hand of course)...

Family Dress Up

We went to the baptism of Grace Burke and had fun visiting with everyone.  We all put on our Sunday Best for some time at Church.   It is always hard to get good pix, but here are a couple decent ones...

Brothers

Liam got to pick the outfits today for school and he has some good taste.  Both kids looked cute in their sweaters so I had to grab a few pix.  It is just hard (ok, almost impossible) to get the 2 of them together.

Topsfield Fair

Over the Columbus Day weekend we took the boys to the Topsfield Fair.   Not sure if it was just because it was so nice outside (75 degrees) or if it is always this way, but it was amazingly busy.  We could barely move around in there and we were there when the place opened.   It was nice, but give me the Sterling Fair any day as a much better and cheaper alternative.   Regardless, the boys seemed to have a good time and that is what it is about anyway.

Quinn's 1 Year Photos

Here are some pictures of Quinn at his first year photo shoot.  He has a great little smile and giggle, but he doesn't seem to show it during this set of pix.  Never-the-less, he is still pretty darn cute.

Clean Bill from Doctor

Both boys went to the doctor today and got clean bills of health.  Of course it was followed by a bunch of shots for Quinn, but after a quick cry he was settled down thanks to a bottle. (Ok.. insert joke about him being dad's son here).
